Q&A

You description mentions back and side sleepers, but doesn’t mention front sleepers. Is the pillow suitable for front sleepers ?
Hi Gordon Thanks so much for your great question and so sorry for the delay in our reply. We would generally recommend a softer pillow for front sleepers as this puts less pressure on your neck. Our Down Alternative Soft/Medium would be ideal, although it is a firmer overall fill than our natural fills - especially our 100% Down. Down being so naturally soft, the equivalent soft-medium is softer than it would be for our Down Alternative. Only our "Firm" pillows are truly firm - as with our duvet infills, we lean towards cloud-like softness and lightweight design, aiding maximum breathability and comfort. Are the covers to the pillows organic cotton ? Is the filling of the down alternative pillow toxin free ?
Hi Elspeth Thanks for your great questions! Our products are not organic at this time but they are indeed free of toxins and any harmful chemicals. They conform to OEKO TEX standards.
