Delivery
Express Shipping costs £6.95 and orders received before 2pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day using one of our preferred express shipping partner DPD.
Please note that we are unable to offer Express Shipping to Northern Island, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Standard delivery is £3.95 for orders under £100, and is free for orders of £100 or more. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. We ship standard orders with DPD, Royal Mail, and Evri, depending on your location and the items in your order.
Our shipping partners will give you a heads-up text or email the day before delivery, with options to re-arrange or leave delivery instructions if it’s more convenient.
Please note that standard delivery is set at £9.95 for Northern Island and the Channel Islands, reflecting the extra costs of shipping.
We'll add a charge as you checkout to cover the additional cost of delivery as well as any local taxes and any import duties. There should be no circumstances in which you face additional charges as shipments pass through customs.
Rest assured, we'll get your bedding to you safely and as quickly as possible, usually within 5 days.
If you've ordered our swatch samples, we'll post these out to you with DPD.
Returns
If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order and would like to return it, we’d be very happy to offer a full refund, exchange or store credit, as long as your return is instigated within 30 days of your purchase. Please note the products must be unused, unwashed and within their original packaging.
UK returns are free.
- Visit our online returns portal here and follow the steps to register your return, choosing whether you wish to receive a refund to the original payment method, or a store credit in the form of a gift card.
- Drop your return into a local drop-off point.
- Once received, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. If you opt for store credit, you will receive your digital gift card via email.
If you wish to exchange items in your order, please email customercare@bedfolk.com with details of your exchange request, and we will be happy to help.
Your exchange will be processed once your return is received.
