All returns & deliveries within the UK are free!
Our preferred delivery partner is DPD. We know you won't want to wait around for your brand new bedding, so we use their next day service which should ensure delivery within two business days of your order being placed.
DPD will give you a heads-up text or email the day before delivery, with options to re-arrange or leave delivery instructions if it’s more convenient. You'll also receive a one-hour time slot on the day of delivery, to make it as easy as possible.
If you’re from outside the UK and really want our bedding (and who could blame you), drop us a line on email@example.com and we will try to make it happen, although there may be a small charge.
If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order and would like to return it, we’d be happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note of the same value, as long as it’s within 30 days of your purchase.
Unfortunately, we can only accept the return of items that are unused and in the same condition that you received them in. We’re sure that you can appreciate why…
To initiate a return or exchange, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a prepaid label that you can use to get your bedding back to us. It’s as easy as that!
