Christmas Cocktail Hour

Ingredients
- 25ml triple sec
- 50ml cranberry juice
- 75ml champagne or prosecco
- Garnish: cranberries
Method
- Add triple sec and cranberry juice into a champagne coupe.
- Pour in the champagne.
- Skewer cranberries onto a cocktail stick to garnish.

- 60ml prosecco
- 40ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 60ml soda
- 20ml cranberry juice
- Garnish: fresh rosemary and orange slices
- Ice
Method
- Add St Germaine Elderflower Liqueur and p
- Prosecco to an ice-filled glass.
- Top with soda water and a dash of cranberry juice.
- Tip: swap the soda and cranberry for blood orange soda!
- Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of rosemary.

Ingredients
- 25ml bourbon
- 25ml sweet vermouth Elderflower Liqueur
- 25ml Campari
- Garnish: orange twist
- Ice
Method
- Pour the bourbon, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass with ice.

Stir until the outside of the glass feels very cold.
- Strain into an ice-filled tumbler.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
