"After placing my order, the tracking never updated beyond “Label created”, which strongly suggests the parcel was never actually handed over to the courier. Despite being told that the order had been dispatched, there was no evidence it ever entered the UPS network. After multiple emails and waiting with no progress, I was eventually informed that the order would likely never arrive and a refund would be issued. While the refund is appreciated, the overall experience was frustrating and poorly handled. Clear and accurate communication from the start would have avoided unnecessary delays and inconvenience. I would not recommend ordering unless you are comfortable dealing with potential delivery issues and uncertainty. a very disappointing experience with Bedfolk. Down alternative pillow for £60. Do you sell a suitable size of pillow case?
