If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order and would like to return it, we’d be very happy to offer a full refund, exchange or store credit, as long as your return is instigated within 30 days of your purchase. Please note the products must be unused, unwashed and within their original packaging.

UK returns are free.

RETURNS - INTERNATIONAL & EU

If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order and would like to return it, we’d be very happy to offer a full refund, exchange or credit note of the same value as your order, as long as it’s within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please note the products must be unused, unwashed and within their original packaging.

You'll need to cover the cost of return postage. 

RETURNS PROCESS

• Visit our online returns portal here and follow the steps to register your return, choosing whether you wish to receive a refund to the original payment method, or a store credit in the form of a gift card.
• Drop your return into a local drop-off point.
• Once received, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. If you opt for store credit, you will receive your digital gift card via email.
